They are apart of the 2x (Deuces) Crip card meaning they go against any 3x (Trays) card. The gang consist of 4 cliques known as the Rollin 40 Darcside Crip, Rollin 40 Avenue Assholes, Rollin 40 Parcside Crip and the Rollin 40 Western Crip. The gang bases themselves in Rancho as they run a part of Roy Lowenstein BLVD.
The street gang has a known rivalry with the Black P. Stones, the 8 Trey Gangsta Crip along with any other Gangsta Crip under the 3x card, the Hoover Criminal Gang, the Hoover Gangster Crip, and most recent rivalry, the Rollin' 60 Neighborhood Crip. They also have a known rivalry with the Inglewood Family Gangster Bloods, most Brims/Bloods like the Harvard Park Brims.

NAYBORS V.S NAYBORS
The Neighborhood Rollin' 40 Crip and the Neighborhood Rollin' 60 Crip used to be closely allied as the Neighborhood Rollin 40' Crip gang originally came from street gang, Neighborhood Rollin' 60 Crip.
In 2013, the Neighborhood Rollin' 100 Crip gang threw a party that many Rollin' Crip gangs attended, a known Rollin' 40 Darcside member had a dispute with Rollin' 60 Crip gang member over a female. The Rollin' 40 Crip member and the Rollin' 60 Crip member fought and the Rollin 40 Crip member ended up winning the fist fight, the Rollin' 60 Crip member ended up coming back to the party with a gun, shooting and killing the Rollin 40 Crip member along with another Rollin 40 Crip member.
The rest of the month the gang was retaliating on the rival Rollin 60 Crip gang, many innocents were killed like an elderly man in his 50's, a teenager, etc. The Rollin' 40s were getting their get back. The Rollin' 40s often just walked up and shot the people dead, if they were gang-banging or not, the Rollin' 60s neighborhood was madness that month.
Today, the two gangs don't go at it like that, you can say the rivalry has calmed down but the Rollin' 40s and the Rollin' 60s still consider themselves enemies. Both street gangs still often diss each other in music, clothes, etc.
DARCSIDE CLIQUE
The "Darcside" is a clique that stretches throughout Jamestown Street, Davis. Roy Lowenstein can be referred to as the Darcside by Darcside Rollin' 40 Crip members. The clique is tightly close to other Rollin' 40 Crip cliques, they have the same enemies except the Darcside considers the Rollin' 30 Harlem Crip gang enemies. The Darcside clique today is still very well know along with the other cliques, they sport an MLB logo known as the Detroit Tigers symbolizing the D for Darcisidess.
