The Hoover Criminal Gangs which was before an African American street gang that was located on the West Side of Los Santos.
History Behind 8-Tray Hoovers - They were known for the most hated gang within LA. 8-Tray Hoovers was known for fighting within multiple gangs, from Piru's and many other gangs. One thing that the 8-Tray Hoovers were known for was getting back for their dead homies, They would also go out trying to find out who took out their dead ones. Wars would be on and off depending on what happened as they would always go to war for something like if the big homie passed away from a shooting or something. There most enemies was Mafia Crip's Which was a decent-sized gang within the city. 8-Tray Also hated Rollin 100 Crips. They would always go at it no matter where the gangs would be. At party's and etc, they would also have big brawl or sometimes shootouts.
A Few Things that the Hoovers would say were that they would always say their opposition gang names with "Killer" or for short a "K" at the end which meant that anyone apart of that gang would say killer at the end with they didn't like them, They would also always yell out "BloodKiller" and that was because some of the blood members they didn't really sit right with them so they just took it onto they own and started claiming it as they didn't like them. Hoover's main colors are orange,navy-blue but are still known for wearing a Crip blue. Hoover's throw's up a certain sign, showing who they dislike to others, or even representing their own gang, showing love.
Hoover's are still known for the violent act of gang banging within their allies, currently they are in a war still with the Rolling 100's but it gets worse & worse day by day , knowing that they just lost a big part of their gang members, their are hoover members that are being killed every minute of the day, still by their most hated enemies, Rollin 100's , Hoover as been on point & even more on point after losing one of their most loved members . The killings between The Rollin's & The Hoover's will be stopped anytime soon .

- Make sure that you join the discord and submit your Character kill perms toward the faction
- Also make sure that you respect higher up's within the faction.
