Overview & Background
The Dirt Gang, also known as the Rollin 30s Harlem Crips, is an influential African-American multi-generational street gang based in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of South Los Angeles, California.(35th through 39th street.) They have a long history in Los Angeles, dating back to the 1960s, making them one of the city's oldest Crip neighborhoods.
The 39th street is the most active street as for most graffiti wall tags, most gang disses, and overall people representing their set usually add in 39th street.
INSIGNIA.
The Roaring Thirties The New Era Minnesota Twins baseball hat and the Texas Ranger baseball hat are worn by the Harlem Crips to reflect the "30s," as that is their package. The letter "C" on this New Era Minnesota Twins baseball cap stands for "Crip." That's how most Rollin' O's sets are referred to. The Rollin' O's umbrella is represented by the Orioles baseball hat. Finally, the Detroit Tigers baseball hat reflects the "Dirt Gang," as they are often known. The blue flag reflects the Rollin' O's umbrella's majority Crip.
