Those who want to join a faction here at RTA World are welcome to do so. Here, I'll lay out the factions' Rules, Regulations, and Expectations in RTA World.
Los Angeles used to be a strange and different place than it is now. There was a lot of animosity between ethnic minorities including Hispanics, African-Americans, and whites. These elements and factors will play a role in faction roleplaying and will also be shown in-game.

Expectations:
Your faction must now be authentically depicted, set in Los Angeles during this time period, and meet the faction management's requirements. We don't want factions like "Smoke Boyz" or "Gangster Kidz" in our midst since they're improper and don't belong in the game. We also want you to make sure you're roleplaying in a realistic environment. Your faction shouldn't be confined to a single residence. Also, your faction members should not be dressed in ridiculous clothing that are unrepresentative of what real gang-bangers wear. You should probably tell your faction members to start submitting screens and other stuff related to the faction as soon as your thread is put on the forum. - Finally, you may construct a fictional faction as long as the roleplay is realistically depicted in the manner of a real-life Los Angeles gang.

Regulations for Thread and Screen:
If you want to make it to the official position inside factions on this server, your screens must meet a particular quality. Even if you don't utilize the recommended application (LSRP+ or Photoshop), I'd like to see visually appealing interfaces. You can also use the SAMP chat in-game, but the Photoshop approach is required. There also shouldn't be NO double-posting on NO thread.
LSRP+ guide:
Me = {c2a3da}
Example: /me withdraws a firearm from his jeans, flicking the safety [OFF], aiming at his target.
Do = {c2a3da}
Example: /do How old does Fredrik seem?
Talking = {f1f1f1}
Example: Self Explanatory.
Whisper = {575757}
Example: Self Explanatory.
Phone call = {fbf724}
Example: Self Explanatory.
Item given = {49ad49}
Example: You gave Fredrik Alberto a DEAGLE.
Money paid = {49ad49}
Example: Javonte Davis has sent $17,000 to Fredrik Alberto.
CK red = {f00000}
Example: ((Javonte Davis has been character killed.))

If you delete a thread and you're caught, you'll be banned from the forums until you appeal.
Becoming an Official Faction:
If you want to be an official, you must show faction leadership that you are deserving of the position. It may take longer for your faction to become official if faction management does not think fit for you to become official because of things like taking role-play situations personally and using OOC slurs on opposing factions. When you become an official, you will be expected to roleplay in a specific manner; faction management will be watching how you represent role-playing in your faction. When you become an official faction, your thread will become a "sticky" thread, and everyone will recognize it.
Naturally, when you initially create a faction, it is an unofficial faction; however, after you publish your thread and begin to be active on it, faction management will begin to notice you, giving your faction a better chance of becoming official. After a period of demonstrating your worth as a faction, you will be DMed by faction management and declared official after being reviewed by administrators for role-playing and representation. You can start receiving weapons and drug supplies once you've been made official, but you'll find out about it once you've been made official. If you're curious how turfs operate, they'll be available to apply for once a faction has been established.
For those who didn't know, Character Kills are when your character's life ends due to being killed and it being valid for a character kill due to having your CK permissions distributed: If in roleplay, two factions have petty beef, they can individually ask for different people's Character Kill permissions depending on what they did, however if the faction owners both agree to a "turf war" and the Faction Management also agree, then this automatically means that if you record yourself killing an opposition member with correct roleplay then you can send it to a faction manager and if it gets posted. The name for this is a "Character Kill", and the cool down is 1 day. The op positional member will be character killed and will have to make a new character.
Character assassination is a straightforward process. You'll need their CK perms first. You can earn these by asking them out of the blue and having photo evidence saved someplace, preferably on your PC or in a separate conversation (via discord). You might also obtain these by fighting another faction; for example, if Florencia 13 and PBS13 went to war and both faction leaders agreed that any faction member might be CKed from that point forward, that would be valid. Following that, please ensure that ALL CKs are recorded so that we, the faction management team, can see exactly what happened (all recordings cannot be cropped or edited, they must be raw and authentic). After you've double-checked everything, please send your video evidence to a Faction Manager along with your explanation for attempting to CK this individual.
