Explanation of the incident: I was with my friend and we never saw these people on our block before. I then went over there to confront them and ask questions they started to make fun of us and calling us weak ,so I went to grab my bat. we then went back over to them and kept a conversation they then said "what you gonna do about it lil boi."so I hit him with a bat and his friend. they pulled out a gun and we ran away. I went inside of my house and locked the door. seconds later he came in the house and shot me. I lost my bat and was pkd.
