The World On Wheels Skating rink, is most known for gang activity around there, the World On Wheels (WOW) Skating rink is located On Venice Blvd, between Pico Ave and Vicente Blvd. The (WOW) skating rink is claimed by the School Yard Crips but has attracted more gangs over that side, like the (Geer Gang Crips, East Coast Crips, Grape Street Watts Crips, Venice Shorline Crips,) And Also The Main rivals to School Yard Crips The Rolling 60's neighborhood Crips. There was constant Altercations between the gang and the skating rink, so in 2013 the Skating rink Decided to Close down for good, due to the gang activity.
